What this site is

A catalog and an enquiry desk run by an independent dealer of Talenti outdoor furniture. It is not operated by Talenti Srl and it is not a shop: nothing can be bought here and no payment is taken through these pages.

What a quote is worth

A quote we send by email is an offer with a stated validity, usually thirty days, and it becomes an order only when you accept it in writing and we confirm it. Prices, availability and lead times quoted are checked with the factory at the time of the quote and can move before it is accepted.

Nothing on these pages is an offer. The factory publishes the sizes, the materials and the photographs and can change them without notice, so the quote governs rather than the page.

Specifications and colour

Dimensions are the factory's own, in centimetres, and tolerances apply to anything made by hand. Wood and stone vary between pieces, and a screen never shows a fabric or a finish exactly. Ask for a sample before committing to a colour.

Trademarks and photographs

Talenti is a trademark of Talenti Srl. Collection names, product photographs and published descriptions belong to the factory and are used here to present furniture we sell. The layout, the text written by us and the drawings on this site are ours.

Limits

The site is provided as it stands. We take care that what is here matches the factory, and we correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure is current. We are not liable for a decision taken from a page rather than from a quote.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and disputes belong to the courts of Los Angeles County. If part of this page is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
