The short version

This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no advertising network. What it does set falls into two groups: the bot check on the enquiry form, and an audience counter.

The bot check

The form at the bottom of most pages is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which places a short lived token so that a form can be submitted once by a person and not a thousand times by a script. It carries no identifier that follows you to another site and it expires within the day.

The counter

Google Analytics sets a cookie that counts a visit and distinguishes a returning browser from a new one. It lasts up to two years and it tells us which pages are read and which are not. It is not used to identify anyone and the data is not joined to an enquiry.

What is not here

No remarketing pixel, no social network button that phones home, no data broker tag, and no cookie that follows you off this site. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so opening a page does not tell anyone else that you did.

Turning them off

Every browser can block or delete cookies for a single site, usually under privacy settings. Blocking the counter changes nothing you can see. Blocking the bot check stops the enquiry form from submitting, in which case write to [email protected] instead and you will get the same answer.

Changes

If a cookie is added or removed, this page changes on the same day and the date at the top moves with it.
