A Talenti modular sofa is not one product. It is a corner, two or three straight modules, a chaise and a pouf, each with its own size, its own frame finish and its own cushion grade. Six people asking for the same collection get six different numbers, and a single figure on a page would be wrong for all of them.
On top of that sits the import. Furniture arriving from Italy carries a duty, a merchandise processing fee and, by sea, a harbour maintenance fee. Rates move. A price published in March is a lie by October, and we would rather quote you than correct ourselves.
What a quote contains
The module list with the factory's own sizes, the finish and cover you chose, the freight to your address, the customs work, and a lead time. One figure at the end, with the parts shown.
If something in the request will not work, the reply says so. A teak dining table on an unshaded roof in Phoenix is a maintenance job, not a purchase, and it is cheaper to hear that before the order than after it.
What happens after you send it
A person in Los Angeles reads it, usually the same day. If the configuration is clear the quote comes back within one business day. If it needs the factory, we say so in the first reply and give you the date we expect the answer.
Nothing is passed to anyone else, nothing goes on a mailing list, and nobody calls you unless you leave a number and ask for a call.
